You’re a Sales manager — where to begin
You lead a team of Sales reps. Your job is keeping the order queue moving — nothing sits unassigned, nothing goes stale, and every rep is pulling their weight. What you can do
- See the full order queue, not just your own assigned orders.
- Create and edit orders, and move them through every lead status.
- Reassign orders between reps.
- Invite and manage Sales reps (not other manager roles).
- See team performance.
- View customers and products.
What you can’t do
- No access to Inventory, Deliveries, delivery agents, or Cashflow/Remittance.
- No workspace or business settings.
Where to begin
- Learn the queue. Work the order queue is where you’ll live. Filter by rep, by status, by product.
- Get your reps scoped. Open Add staff and set roles and check every Sales rep has product access — without it, round-robin assignment skips them and orders land unassigned.
- Know the handoff point. Once an order is
Confirmed, it moves out of your hands into Deliveries. Read Understand the order lifecycle so you know exactly where your job ends. - Reassign early, not late. If a rep is out for the day, move their
Neworders to someone else before customers are left waiting — the reassign action is right there in the order drawer. - Check performance regularly. The Staff page shows handled, delivered, and cancelled counts per rep, plus delivery rate — use it to spot who needs help, not just who’s behind.
What good looks like
An emptyNew queue by end of day, no order sitting more than a few hours without a contact attempt, and reassignments happening the moment you notice someone’s overloaded.
