Track income and expenses with Cashflow
Cashflow is your money-in, money-out ledger — everything you’ve earned and everything you’ve spent, in one place. (If you’ve seen the word “Accounting” in older material, it’s the same feature — the app only ever calls it Cashflow.)The overview numbers
- Income — money that’s come in, including remitted orders and anything you record manually.
- Expenses — money that’s gone out.
- Expected income — orders that have been delivered but not yet remitted. This is not the same as pending or in-transit orders; it’s specifically cash that’s already collected by a delivery agent but not yet handed back to you.
- Net income — income minus expenses for the period.

- Go to Cashflow → Records.
- Click Record income or Record expense.
