You’re an Operations manager — where to begin
You oversee Sales reps, Inventory managers, and Logistics managers. Your role combines their day-to-day access with the order and team-management access of the former Sales manager role.What you can do
- Work the sales team queue, create and update Orders, and assign Orders to reps.
- Create and edit Products, and manage stock, purchases, transfers, and waybills.
- Create and edit Forms, Webhooks, and TikTok connections for Products you can access.
- Connect, reconnect, and disconnect TikTok ad accounts for the Business.
- Manage Deliveries and delivery agents, including manual deliveries and delivery exports.
- View delivery remittance amounts, without settling them.
- Invite and manage Sales reps, Inventory managers, and Logistics managers.
- See sales, inventory, delivery, and agent performance.
Access boundaries
You cannot manage Owners, General Managers, other Operations managers, or Accountants. Billing, ownership transfer, and Cashflow management remain outside this role. TikTok ad-account authorization applies to the Business; configuring a Connection and its order destination still requires access to that Product.Where to begin
- Review the Order queue and assign any unattended Orders.

- Review Deliveries and agent coverage.
- Open Staff to check your three teams and their performance.
